City of Palms Distribution Retailer Account Form

Thank you for your interest in Rebellion Cigars. 

All of our retailer orders are shipped by our US distributor 'City Of Palms Distribution'. 

The City of Palms New Account Application can be completed on your PC and returned electronically. You will need to complete the application and return it, along with a copy of your State required licensing.

All orders will need to be paid in full before shipping. City Of Palms Distribution will send you a copy of your invoice, along with an encrypted link, so you can safely and securely set up your credit card in their merchant account vault. Once payment has been received, your order will be shipped and you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Once your credit card has been set up, this will be used for any future purchases.

If you would prefer not to set your card up in our secure vault, please phone Anne Dinkins at City of Palms Distribution on +1 804 517 5774 and she will be happy to take the information over the telephone. We cannot accept this information via email or text as we are Merchant Processor Compliant and take all necessary steps to ensure our customers financial information is fully protected from hackers. Email and texts are some of the easiest ways for this sensitive information to be intercepted.

If your business is located in California or Nevada we can handle the tax in one of two ways. If you have a retailers license then we will charge and collect the tax and we will pay the tax to the state of California / Nevada.   If you have a California / Nevada  Distributors License then we can charge the tax, or you can pay it to the state. Please confirm how you would like us to handle this for you.
