Shipping Information
ORDER PROCESSING
We aim to process orders within 48 business hours. Our cut-off for order processing is 2pm ET. Please note that during holidays or periods of high order volume, we may take longer than our standard for processing orders. If your order is received on a Friday, this will be processed the following Monday. Order processing takes place in Fort Myers, Florida, via our distribution partner - City of Palms Distribution. City of Palms Distribution acts as an intermediary between Rebellion Cigars and our Customers, ensuring our products reach you in a timely manner and in great condition.
SHIPPING
We only offer shipping inside the USA and are not able to ship internationally. All orders are shipped from Fort Myers, Florida, from our distribution partner - City of Palms Distribution. Expedited shipping is not available. Due to FAA regulations, lighters must be shipped via ground parcel services and deliveries to a PO Box therefore cannot be used for these products - a physical shipping address must be given.

Standard Shipping - via USPS, UPS Ground, or a combination of both. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping for orders over £100.00. Free expedited shipping is not available.
RESPONSIBILITY DURING SHIPPING
Title to, and ownership of all goods passes from Seller to Purchaser in Fort Myers, Florida. Purchaser takes full responsibility for the shipment. By selecting the shipping method of transportation of the goods, Seller is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of Purchaser.
By accepting this service from Seller, Purchaser is affirming that they are acting in compliance with their local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of the goods. The Purchaser affirms that they are of lawful age, have obtained all permissions required, paid all fees required, and are working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, as well as are legally entitled to take possession of the goods and quantities ordered.
We only ship to the USA and we comply with all legal requirements including U.S. duties, taxes and regulations, but we are not responsible for local laws, regulations or taxes in individual states. Please refer to your local tobacco law restrictions, regulations and import duties before making an order.
